Coaching addresses a variety of issues including: life balance, short and long-term goals, organization, motivation, lifestyle management, spiritual growth, relationship enhancement, dating, work-life balance, and more. It’s important you and your coach have a good connection and are the right fit. Research has shown that the connection you and your coach has makes a significant difference in the progress people experience. Initially, I recommend scheduling a discovery call to learn more about how I can help and make sure it’s a good fit! I want to make sure I am able to best support you and it’s important that you feel that I am the right coach for you. We will discuss what areas you would like to work on, gain clarity on your purpose and desires, and then set goals together. We will also pick a coaching package that suits your needs best. This is when the real work starts! I will be your biggest support and help with accountability, the exact tools and strategies you need, and support throughout our journey together!

All sessions are virtual so you can schedule them at the most convenient time and from the comfort of your home or wherever you prefer to be! However, I do recommend finding a quiet space where you are able to focus during our sessions so you can get the most out of them! Sessions are either through zoom or phone calls.
The length of coaching varies as we are all unique and have different needs. I recommend we talk about this during our discovery call to make sure you have the best support for your specific needs. But don’t worry – When our work together is coming to an end, we will discuss a plan to maintain the progress you have made and set goals to best support your next steps. And, of course, review all of the positive changes that have taken place!
It’s important to note that coaching is not therapy. Coaching focuses on assisting with identifying life coals, guidance with creating steps to reach your goals, and having accountability with follow up sessions aimed at accomplishing steps to reach these goals. Coaching focuses on learning specific tools and strategies behaviors to reach your goals and is future focused. Psychotherapy focuses on thoughts, feelings, and behaviors related to mental health symptoms and treating symptoms. Coaching does not diagnose or treat mental health disorders or symptoms.
Coaching could be the right fit if you’re feeling a desire for change, seeking clarity in your goals, and are ready to put in effort and dedication to transform your life. It’s important to connect with your coach, feeling comfortable and motivated by their guidance. I suggest scheduling a discovery call —it’s a great opportunity to ask questions and see if coaching aligns with the changes you wish to see. This is also a great time to see if we’re a good match to work together on your transformative journey!
I have been working with clients 1:1 since 2015. Throughout this time, I have gained experience working on a variety of areas including self esteem, confidence, clarity on where you want to go, organization, improving, dating, career development, and more. I have my undergraduate degree in psychology, graduate degree in marriage and family therapy, certification in educational therapy, and multiple coaching certifications. My experience has helped me fine tune how I approach my work with clients to find the right tools for what they are looking for. it’s important to note that while I have my masters in marriage and family therapy, coaching is not therapy.
