I’m a true Southern California girl, born and raised in LA’s beach cities, with a brief stint at UC Berkeley for college. Wellness has always been part of my life, but my passion grew deeper while studying psychology.
My self-growth journey started in high school, leading me to ultimately earn my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from USC. But as I built my career, I realized something felt off. That’s when I made the shift to coaching, where I’ve supported clients through transformations that are nothing short of inspiring.
